This Schedule comprises and incorporates the details of the Services to be provided under the Terms and Conditions.
In the event of any inconsistency between the Terms and Conditions and the Schedule the latter shall take precedence.
In addition, in this Schedule:
references to “clauses” are references to clauses of the Terms and Conditions;
words importing the male, female or neuter genders shall include the other genders and words in the singular shall include the plural and vice versa; and
a reference to a person is a reference to any natural person or limited liability company.

The exchange rate will be as applied by the online payment service on the date of each transaction.
Your membership shall commence on the date that first payment is taken and shall continue thereafter for the Lifetime of the Mi365 Elite service subject to the provisions for earlier termination that are set out in the Terms and Conditions
The Terms and Conditions and this Schedule 1 are governed by, and shall be interpreted in accordance with, English law.
Appendix 1 - The Services
Scope of Services
Mi365 Ltd shall provide the specific Services for the Mi365 Weight Loss Challenge membership service to you in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and this Schedule.
Notwithstanding the Terms and Conditions, the delivery of these Services will be available online to you for the lifetime of the service.

An A3 poster as a welcome gift for you to chart your progress.
By post – within 14 days of your membership commencing.

A private Facebook group for members to connect with one another, share their experiences and get support

A Master Class each consisting of worksheets, video coaching, meditations and other resources

Continuous email support throughout your membership
In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel and obtain a full refund within 14 working days of these Terms and Conditions being executed by both Parties (cooling-off period).
If you wish to cancel your membership and receive a refund, you must do so in writing via our support helpdesk: https://www.inspirators.me/inspirators-help within 14 working days from the date on which your membership was purchased.
Mi365 Ltd will accept the cancellation request and offer you a full refund.
Consuming Mi365 Content
If you have accessed and consumed and of Mi365 materials in the online membership site within the first 14 days of your membership, you may still request a refund but a daily rate of £1 per day of your membership will be deducted.
Refund Payment Timeline:
Upon cancellation of a contract and acceptance of a refund by the Client, any refund due will be repaid as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the Client’s request for cancellation.
If you demonstrate inappropriate, aggressive or unlawful behaviour, Mi365 Ltd may terminate your membership with immediate effect. In such an event, Mi365 Ltd will not be obliged to offer any refund to you and Mi365 Ltd may take further action, including legal action against you if Mi365 Ltd deems it appropriate to do so.
4. Our Weight Loss Challenge Guarantee
We will be happy to look at any genuine applications for refund under our guarantee, subject to the following criteria:
4.1. All Weight Loss Challenge lessons to have been completed.
4.2. All worksheets to have been downloaded and completed
4.3. You can demonstrate involvement and interaction within the Mi365 Weight Loss Challenge Facebook Group.
If you can honestly say you have tried your very best throughout the 120 Day Weight Loss Challenge and have made the necessary changes, used all the tips, tools and resources, and have not seen a reduction in either weight or measurements, then Mi365 Ltd will cancel your membership and issue your refund in good faith.
5. Mi365 Weight Loss Challenge Private Facebook Group
5.1. Please do not post 3rd party content links to other websites or videos (unless specifically asked to by an employee of Mi365 Ltd) Mi365 Ltd reserves the right to remove any posts or comments not deemed appropriate within in the Mi365 Weight Loss Private Facebook Group.
5.2. Please do not sell or otherwise use the Mi365 Weight Loss Private Facebook Group to promote your business, personal campaigns or recruit to join other Facebook Groups.
6. Results May Vary
The weight loss results testimonials are in no way a guarantee of results. Individual weight loss results, including amount and time, will vary. Whether genetic or environmental, it should be noted that food intake, rates of metabolism and levels of exercise and physical exertion vary from person to person. This means weight loss results will also vary from person to person. No individual result should be seen as typical.
