Schedule - Mi365 Elite (Standard membership)

  1. This Schedule comprises and incorporates the details of the Services to be provided under the Terms and Conditions.
  2. In the event of any inconsistency between the Terms and Conditions and the Schedule the latter shall take precedence.
  3. In addition, in this Schedule:
    1. references to “clauses” are references to clauses of the Terms and Conditions;
    2. words importing the male, female or neuter genders shall include the other genders and words in the singular shall include the plural and vice versa; and
    3. a reference to a person is a reference to any natural person or limited liability company.

Full amount to be paid upfront, payable upon execution of the Terms and Conditions and this Schedule 1

Applicable exchange rate

The exchange rate will be as applied by the online payment service on the date of each transaction. 


Your membership shall commence on the date that first payment is taken and shall continue thereafter for the Lifetime of the Mi365 Elite service subject to the provisions for earlier termination that are set out in the Terms and Conditions

Relevant Law

The Terms and Conditions and this Schedule 1 are governed by, and shall be interpreted in accordance with, English law.

Appendix 1 - The Services

1. Scope of Services

Mi365 Ltd shall provide the specific Services for the Mi365 Elite membership service to you in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and this Schedule.


2. Services

Notwithstanding the Terms and Conditions, the delivery of these Services will be available online to you for the lifetime of the service.

A private Facebook group for members to connect with one another, share their experiences and get support             

Elite Community Private Facebook Group

Mi365 Elite  Master Class

10 Master Classes each consisting of worksheets, video coaching, meditations and other resources

Elite online membership site at

Mi365 Elite supporting materials

New joiner guides and information plus other helpful materials for all members.

Elite online membership site at

Support Calls

Up to 3 30-minute support calls with a member of the team to address technical issues, orientation into the service and practical support in accessing the content.

Via Zoom. A session can be booked at any time.

Continuous email support throughout your membership


3. Refunds

Distance Selling Regulations:

In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel and obtain a full refund within 14 working days of these Terms and Conditions being executed by both Parties (cooling-off period).


If you wish to cancel your membership and receive a refund, you  must do so in writing   via our support helpdesk: within 14 working days from the date on which your membership was purchased.

Mi365 Ltd will accept the cancellation request and offer you a full refund.

Consuming Mi365 Content

If you have accessed and consumed and of Mi365 materials in the online membership site within the first 14 days of your membership, you may still request a refund but a daily rate of £1 per day of your membership will be deducted.

If you have taken advantage of any Mi365 Support calls, a charge of £30 will be deducted for each call.

Refund Payment Timeline:

Upon cancellation of a contract and acceptance of a refund by the Client, any refund due will be repaid as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the Client’s request for cancellation. 

Inappropriate Behaviour:

If you demonstrate inappropriate, aggressive or unlawful behaviour, Mi365 Ltd may terminate your membership with immediate effect. In such an event, Mi365 Ltd will not be obliged to offer any refund to you and Mi365 Ltd may take further action, including legal action against you if Mi365 Ltd deems it appropriate to do so.


4. Mi365 Elite Private Facebook Group
4.1 You may not post 3rd party content links to other websites or videos (unless specifically asked to by an employee of Mi365 Ltd). Mi365 Ltd reserves the right to remove any posts or comments not deemed appropriate within in the Mi365 Elite Private Facebook Group.
4.2 You are not permitted sell or otherwise use the Mi365 Elite Private Facebook Group to promote your business, personal campaigns or recruit to join other Facebook Groups.

4.3 Please do not post, upload, submit or share any user communications you wish to be kept confidential or for which you expect compensation, acknowledgment or attribution.

4.4 Mi365 reserves the right to remove any Facebook post from any Mi365 group or page which is deemed to be offensive, in breach of our Facebook group rules or these T&Cs or is otherwise inappropriate.
